Licin Beach, why this beach is called slick?

Licin Beach is still not well known yet among travelers even domestic traveler. Licin beach is near to Balekambang beach and Sendang Biru beach in south of Malang, East Java, Indonesia. This beach is called Licin beacuse it is located at village called Licin, Lebakharjo, district Ampelgading, Malang. So, it is called Licin beach not because the beach is slick (licin in Bahasa Indonesia mean slick).

The access to Licin beach is quite hard. From Lebakharjo can be enter by using motorcycle only because the road is too narrow for a car. There is a hill must be passed through before entering the beach. The sand in Licin beach is rather black not like the sand of Balekambang beach.

There is no hotel near Licin beach, better to prepare camp if want to stay in Licin beach.

Kondang Merak Beach, natural and unspoiled beach

Kondang Merak Beach is very close to Balekambang beach, it is located only 2 kilo meters from Balekambang beach. Although the distance is not far but many traveler did not know about Kondang Merak beach.

Kondang Merak beach has beautiful and natural view. It has white and very soft sand, nice place to play especially for children. During the day is relatively hot, so better to have ultraviolet moisturizing cream.

There is no hotel near Kondang Merak beach yet, as an alternative can rent the local resident house to stay longer at this beach.

Jonggring Saloko Beach, need better road to access this beautiful beach

Jonggring Saloko Beach is like a secret beach. This beach is not well known yet. The access is very poor, quite difficult to get there. Jonggring Saloko beach is located in Mentaraman's village, Donomulyo district, Southern Malang, East Java.

At the west side of Jonggring Saloko beach there is a big rock with a cave under it. When a wave splash on it, the water like to be swallowed by the cave and the water splash out with rather loud sound. Great view.

There is no hotel around the beach, if want to stay there need to ask local resident who rent their house.

Sendang Biru Beach, you will know which one is blue

Sendang Biru Beach is near to the location of Balekambang beach at district Sumber Manjing, Malang. Like the meaning of the beach itself, Sendang Biru means blue beach. The sea water near the Sendang Biru beach is look so blue.

The journey to the Sendang Biru beach is quite draining because the line must pass through the winding and steep hills.  To entrance the Sendang Biru beach, must buy ticket 6.000 rupiah. It quite cheap. Around the beach there is also a fish auction at a price which would have been cheaper than the prices in the market. Some of fisherman boat park near the beach.

If want to cross over to pulau Sempu (Sempu Island), can use fisherman boat for 10 persons. The ticket is 100.000 per boat.

There is no hotel yet in Sendang Biru beach, but there are some hostels. The price about 75.000 rupiah until 100.000 rupiah.

Goa Cina Beach, people around the beach are very friendly

Goa Cina Beach is a beautiful beach located in the southern of Malang at Trowotratih vilage of Sitiarjo, Sumbermanjing Wetan, Malang. Not far from Balekambang beach, it as about 6 kilometers.

Indeed Goa Cina beach is not as famous as Balekambang beach or Sendang Biru beach but no less beauty. In addition to presenting the natural charm of beautiful and natural, on Goa Cina beach there are several small islands in the middle of the sea.

People around the Goa Cina beach are very friendly, visitor can choose to have camps at the beach or stay at local resident's house by renting, cost only 50.000 rupiah per day. There is no hotel or hostels yet around Goa Cina beach.

Balekambang Beach, a beautiful beach in Malang

Balekambang Beach is a beautiful beach on the southern coast of Malang, located approximately 50 kilometres south of the town of Kepanjen, or 65 km south of the city of Malang. Balekambang beach is famous and very easy to find because already has road access.

Balekambang beach has a coastline along about 2 kilometers, and consists of a white-sand and light brown. Near the beach there is a small island can be access by walking through a wooden bridges. In that small island stand a Pura (Hindu's temple).

On the west side of Balekambang beach there is a place more quiet and beautiful but has a pretty depth so very dangerous to swim there.

There are some hostels near Balekambang beach if need to stay longer to enjoy the view.

Pasir Putih Beach, a strategic place to take a rest after long trip

Pasir Putih Beach in Situbondo is well known for its white sand expanses. Pasir Putih Beach has strategic location because it is located in the main road of Surabaya - Banyuwangi. Travelers who come from Surabaya if they want to go to Bali or to mount Bromo usually stopped to rest and see the beauty of Pasir Putih Beach in Situbondo.
